Instead you can use the &#8216;update bookings&#8217; feature to request an alternate date and time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"divider-wrap\" data-alignment=\"default\"><div style=\"height: 25px;\" class=\"divider\"><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]\n<h2><strong>What happens if another provider offers an alternate date or time?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Multiple providers can offer alternate dates or times to a pending booking.
