We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel or amend your appointment, you can do so within 1-hour after placing your booking request, or up to 24 hours before your massage is scheduled to begin with no penalty.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

  • For any cancellation that takes place between 24 hours & 4 hours prior to the scheduled massage time, we charge 50% of the total.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • For any cancellation that takes place less than 4 hours prior to the scheduled massage time, we charge 100% of the total.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Cancellation fee only applies to bookings that have been confirmed. If your therapist hasn’t been confirmed yet, we don’t charge your card and you don’t incur any fees.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    If you’re running late to a scheduled appointment, we allow 20 minutes for your arrival. If you still haven’t shown up after 20 minutes, we leave and consider the booking as a no-show.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Hotels are generally located in busy areas, where parking is often difficult and expensive. In addition, there are certain hotel procedures that therapists must follow (e.g. authorisation by concierge) before we can come to your room for your treatment. To compensate our therapists for these delays and logistical difficulties, we add a little extra ($30 per therapist) for hotel bookings.
