From here you can c<\/span>lick the individual provider listings to view their complete profile including their bio, reviews and rating.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once you\u2019ve chosen your preferred nail technician you can book them directly by clicking the \u2018book\u2019 button on their profile page.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i>How do I book?<\/a><\/h3>

\nmade in a few simple steps online via<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>our website\u00a0or\u00a0Blys mobile<\/a>\u00a0app<\/a>\u00a0using your\u00a0Apple<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0Android<\/span><\/a>\u00a0devices\u00a0where you can customise your treatment and pay securely for your session.<\/p>\n

Once the booking is confirmed (accepted by a service provider), payment will be automatically
\nprocessed.\u00a0Your card\/ account is not charged until your booking is confirmed. We only put an authorisation request
\nfor the total amount on your card, just to make sure you have sufficient funds for your booking. If for whatever
\nreason you end up cancelling, those funds would just be released immediately without leaving your bank.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i>What is your Cancellation Policy?<\/a><\/h3>

\nthat you are not charged for a pending booking request until it is accepted and confirmed by a provider.<\/p>\n

You may reschedule or cancel pending booking requests at any time without penalty.<\/p>\n

Confirmed bookings are requests that a provider has accepted.<\/p>\n

  • The booking payment is charged when a booking is confirmed.<\/li>\n
  • Confirmed bookings cannot be rescheduled; you must cancel the confirmed booking (fees may apply, see
